Refund policy

Merchandise may be returned for store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

Online purchases may be returned in store or by mail. To complete your return, you must have proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and not damaged. Be careful when trying on garments of deodorant and other products that may stain. Stained or damaged items will not be accepted for return.

The following items are FINAL SALE: Accessories, Beauty Products, Intimate apparel i.e., underwear, bodysuits, Swimwear and cover-ups, Seasonal Items i.e., Easter, Christmas.

Gifts cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift cards are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue.

Items purchased at a discount are final sale. This includes any order with discount or promotional codes. Only regular priced items may be returned.

Exchanges 
We are unable to amend online orders. If you require an alternate size, you will be required to place a new order. Exchanges can be made in store.

Damaged Items

We inspect all items prior to shipping. If an item is received in damaged condition, it can be exchanged in store. Alternatively, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to arrange for a replacement item.

Return By Mail 
To complete your return by mail, include proof of purchase with your returned item.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If your return is of significant value i.e., over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and approved your store credit will be processed and delivered by email. Please note that the original shipping charges are not included in the store credit.
